How to Access Qualtrics Videos and Tutorials

On-demand training resources created by Qualtrics, can be accessed on XM Basecamp via the Help link when logged in. 

  • Click on the Question Mark Icon in the top right

  • In the pop-up window select Take Courses on XM Basecamp and click on Log in

  • Select Qualtrics Credentials
  • Login: select Sign in via SSO
  • Use Organizational ID: ausharjah
  • Select AUS SSO
  • Sign in using your AUS credentials

If you see the below screen print:

  • Select American University of Sharjah
