Citation-Based Metrics
- Consider the number of times your publications have been cited, and how you can dig into these citations to demonstrate impact.
Alternative Metrics
- Consider how people interact with your research outputs outside of academia. This can include traditional media (e.g. newspapers) and social media (e.g. Twitter, blogs, Wikipedia).
Journal Metrics
- Consider the impact of a journal by looking at the number of citations its published articles receive.
