What do I do if I can't find the full text to an article?

There may be a couple of workarounds you may want to try: 

1. Search by article title in Google Scholar

2. Email your liaison librarian for assistance.

3. Submit the request through Interlibrary Loan. 

How can I help my professor stay current in his or area of expertise?

Creating alerts in the databases, journals, and Google Scholar is a proactive way keep your professor current in his or her discipline.

How can I get additional research assistance?

Contact your librarian when you need additional assistance.

How many books can I check out for my professor?

75 books can be checked out on behalf of your professor as long as you're registered as his or her proxy.

How can I search for articles and books on my professor's area of research?

There are several resources you can search: 

Spend time reviewing searches in WorldCat, subject area library databases, Google Scholar and Google Books. Set up an appointment with your liaison librarian.
